I purely deleted adjectives partitions on my D:// drive (had linux on it) Now when I boot my computer I find a grub error. How do I get around grub so I can take to XP?
Just messed up my computer and I obligation relief?
Look at this
if you are telling me that you delete the files in the D drive which contained by most cases is mostly the system files the there is nought you can do try back up disc or something close to that maybe reformat i dont know much something like linux they make everything more complicated than it is
surrounded by the first time you need to convert adjectives your partitions to NTFS or FAT 32, and after that you involve to instal windows, try to instal a reworked copy of windows xp service pack 2 or 3, and if you will bring an eror this time to, the chnge the cd with the window.
or chech your hard drive... apt lock
it sounds like you where on earth had xp on C:/ and linux on D:/ witch is typical if you had XP on the computer first so you entail to replace the MBR witch car be dun from booting from the xp cd and doing a repair from the rescue console
