reconnected connectors ..fan on, drive spins, reseated the dimm ddr2..everythings else but nothing on blind???

is all the power supply cords hooked up correctly? did you hook up the principal power switch(push button start)? check those, or you may just enjoy yourself a bad monitor. or serial connector.
