Need 15% free space to run defrag, one and only own 13%?

What wants to be done?

What does this mean?

Need 15% free space to run defrag, one and only own 13%?

Wow you enjoy a really REALLY messy computer!! Well, just delete un-needed files and run defrag!
delete stuff on the computer that isnt getting used. surely here are things on there you or your domestic hasnt touched in a while? old-fashioned games you dont play any more? old papers you did contained by school you dont want? delete them, that will free up some space.
you need to clear some more stuff bad the hard drive to defrag it

when u defrag, the directive of files is changed, and so defragging a full disc would be like trying to match up a completely stuffed drawer and you cannot take things out and set them outside the drawer. here is no place to copy files temporarily to allow them to be moved around
It means that the defrag programs wishes atleast 15% of your hard drive to be useless. To meet 15%, delete aged files you don't need, and uninstall unneeded programs.
this money that you need loose some extra stuff. Delete some unneeded files or move them on to CD/DVD for now. Un-install the programs you don't use. Make sure your system is free of malware.
It process you need more space. Try delete some stuff you don't need.
click on start and budge to all programs and you will see a catalogue of stuff. Look at old stuff that you don't use and delete/uninstall it. But be sure that you know what you are uninstalling if not you could else something important!
