Mouse and upright problem?

i own an asus motherboard. after booting, the computer did not detect the mouse i attached to my pc. i enabled the ps/2 mouse port. the mouse pointer is apparent in the monitor but it doesnt move when i turn the mouse. help out me please. i hve two pc's with similar problem.

Could be the drivers

Go into systems device superior and update your drivers.

Or you can try deleting same contained by there and rebooting as windowpane should pick them up and reinstall.

Bad mouse /keyboard.
Have you check that the mouse is connected to the mouse port and keyboard on the ivories port.

PS/2 ports are identical, so be mistrustful with that. Mouse on upright port does not work...



If this is not the case, later try with strange ones.
