Mother wishes a computer?

My mother is thinking roughly getting a computer finally (she's the only character in this country who does not enjoy a computer) and I have visit the Dell website, and I saw that desktops don't have monitors and they are sold seperately. Is it impossible to tell apart with the keyboards? Are they sold seperately too? Thank you
