I Defragment It

I Clean the C Drive

I Use CCleaner

I Use IO Bit Personal Care

I use Spyware Blaster





Do i entail anything else?

Wow,it should be running good. but I would switch from Avast to AVG7.5 free edition on the anti-virus. The solely reason I say-so this is,Avast is good but cumbersome and slows your laptop down whereas AVG will not slow down your pc and will tolerate it start up faster. Sounds as if you enjoy covered yourself. I don't see anything about a firewall though

Do you Have a Firewall ? Limit the programs that go through your firewall. The more programs the bigger the holes surrounded by the wall.
Try moving your pagefile near the O.D. of the disk, afterwards optimize it. Have you tried that? Or cleaning the registry.
