All USB devices can be read by my PC (printers, MP3&MP4 players, USB Disk), but USB Stick kingston and Apacer brand can't be read by my PC. I don't know why...

check wether it is SP2 or not..
Download drivers for those devices. I reckon installation CDs come with those products. Use those CDs or basically go to the products' websites for drivers.
Downlaod the lates variation of your motherbOard Driver.
It wiLL wOrk.
usb mem sticks need drivers within 98
download from there pattern site
