My the ivories works, I hit a wrong knob or something, but what???

There be message came up almost configuring keyboard, I hit end, shouldn't have I guess. Now if I hit panama lock, I get reg correspondence, and take lock bad I get property letters. How do I unconfigure to procure it back to normal> Help, please!

Go to Control Panel > Keyboard > Key Settings tab

There you can customize your upright settings.
