when i switch on the computer the CPU sends a long hoot. I tried cleaning the RAM but still it didnt work. Even if i removed part by division and dusted it it didnt work. What should i do?

Initially it seems hardware problem but it can't be so till you check from device examiner & by system information in start acessories system tools & choose system information.
try pressing f8 on restart budge to safe mode if xp system restore to end time it worked hope it helps
its not your run into or video ram because thats a continues honk. if you took off the boil sink from the cpu it might be on wrong.
