Need assistance next to computer problem involving wireless internet.?

I only just updated the drivers for my gfx card and found out the monitor didn't support it and would not work. It would only work surrounded by safe mode, so i used undisruptive mode with network a few times. Now i bought a flat panel and it works normally again but my belkin wireless internet does not connect unless its surrounded by safe mode for some principle.

Try uninstalling the drivers for the Belkin card using Device Manager while in usual mode, then shut down and remove the card. Then download the most recent drivers for your card from Belkin's website at http://www.belkin.com/support . Install those drivers, then plug the card vertebrae in and you should be fine.
