Mouse helm cross-examine?

I be at the computer store and noticed that abundant modern mouse wheels can be pushed left/right (it clicks when you do it). What is this used for? Can it be used to budge forward/backward in trellis browsers?

Mouse helm cross-examine?

the left right motion is for pan on a large print or non-wrapped text. same as the vertical scrolling but horizontal scrolling instead. masses mouses can have the buttons configured to do different things, this simply depends on the mouse you have. if you want undemanding mouse navigation back and forth within websites, try out the browser Opera, it allows you to use mouse gestures (i.e. holding right button down and dragging the mouse to the moved out a bit will bring you to your previous page.. holding right button and dragging down will open a exotic window.)
If you are conversation about the helm in between the not here and right buttons, this is a scroll wheel. It will allow you to scroll up and down on a page of deed or a web site or anything. It will not replace your green forward and back buttons on your browser.
