My volume won't work on my comp?

i own no clue why but my volume on my computer decided not to work (its not my speakers its my volume option on my comp)

Open Device Manager, and remove the designations, which will remove the drivers, shutdown. Remove the sound card, later reboot, after booting take your drivers disc and reinstall the drivers, shutdown. Put your nouns card back surrounded by, then reboot, when window starts it will load the proper drivers.
Try re-installing the nouns drivers
