My Cdrom isn't compatible near my motherboard and doesn't work what do i do?

It's not the motherboard, it's the Operating system. You necessitate to make sure you enjoy the proper drivers installed for the OS to communicate the the CD.

Check out Control Panel - System statue - Hardware tab - Device manager to see if you own the right drivers.
Exchange for a compatible model.
Do you mean you enjoy a SATA CD Drive but no SATA nouns on your motherboard?



You can easily purchase a SATA to PCI adapter card at a Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples, or on-line for massively little money. It usually includes a SATA Cable.



Or you can replace the CD Drive beside an EIDE type.



No big deal!
