Mouse wont scroll?

I enjoy Microsoft Optical Mouse 2.0. (Wireless)



Had it since Christmas it hasnt ever really worked.

I mean sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt.



It be brand new when I get it, bought it from the Walmart.

Cost me like 80 bucks, very well not me a friend.

Nothings gotten in to it and it hasnt gotten drizzling or anything.



I dont understand why it wont work.

I hold no idea how to seize to the ball, because it doesnt enjoy an open spot to grasp it out...

Only a spot for batteries.

Mouse wont scroll?

Check that battery aren't loosened out, or the metal joinst for the batteries aren't rusted or anything.



Also, these mice come near a CD near drivers, have you tried installing it?



They also own, in the bed that is connected to the notebook, a button to switch the channel, sometimes adjectives you need to do is press it roughly speaking 2-3 times and you're on your way.

You need to program ur mouse. Go to control panel within the start menu, choose mouse, look for the wheel option, choose universal scroll.
If anyone else have this problem the solution for me was to unplug the green jack for the mouse cable and instead plug the USB cord directly into an uncap USB slot. Drivers and Mouse utilities wont solve this one. I hope this helps someone else, I took my mouse support to Hellmart and didn't even have to..
