within order to smoothly run the Carbon, you should own 1 GB RAM (but it is not essential).And I think ur VGA will not be gifted enough to render Carbon graphics.It recommands 256 MB VGA
Minimum System Requirements are:

512 MB RAM, 64 MB VRAM, 5300 MB disk space

so it should run NFS CARBON.
