If I'm reading your question correctly, it sounds similar to you'd like to up your RAM by taking memory bad your hard drive (E:\).



This is not how things work. Your Random Access Memory (RAM) is located on its own dual in-line memory module (DIMM). This looks similar to a thin green stick next to black boxes on it. Your RAM is a factor in how at the double your computer finds/runs information off your knotty drive.



Your hard drive is singular used for storage of data. A larger strong drive does not mean that you hold a faster computer. it only scheme you can have more stuff stored on it. the tough drive looks like a silver box.

System Properties>Advanced>Performanc... Memory. The with the sole purpose problem with increasing virtual memory is that it's not nearly as rapid as RAM so your system barely uses it. The best entry you can do is simply add another stick of RAM.
