I know im suppose to right down the numbers and post when the screen go blue but it goes so speedily you cant even tell what they are! and is in that a way to get hold of rid of it on my own? I need to know because we are have money problems and need to know if i obligation to take it to a computer place or i can do it myself. appreciation

Are you able to catch into Windows at all? If not can you boot into safe and sound mode? If not, then the dump (dmp) profile being created is more after likely your window registry gone bad(corrupted). You do not say what OS you are running, so I am going to assume XP, if this is the crust the only fix is to reinstall Windows
memory dump is exactly that a dump. you dont enjoy a file for this its be dumped.
you might as well ingore the dumps, unless you are a developer and want to really bring into the meainign of the problem.

startup and recovery

system flop - change drop down for memory dump to none
